Paros weather, Greece: Information and forecasts about the weather in Paros island
Paros weather is the same as in all the islands of the Cyclades with hot summers and mild winters. Paros is surrounded by the Aegean Sea and is for that reason very humid at nights.
The island is located in the centre of the Cyclades and is known for the Meltemi, a strong Cycladic wind that blows heavily in the area, especially in August.
That is the reason why the PWA (Professional Windsurfers Association) chose Paros for the Windsurfing World Championship which takes place on the beach of New Golden Beach.
