Paros transportations, Greece: Information about the transportations in Paros island
Buses Paros has a quality network of roads that covers the entire island. There is a bus for almost every destination. The buses fares are very cheap and collected by a boy once in the bus.
The central buses stations are situated in the main towns, Parikia and Naoussa and schedules can only be found there.
There are buses from Parikia to: Marathi - Kosto - Lefkes - Prodromo
- Marmara - Marpissa - Piso Livadi - Logaras - Pounta Beach - Chrissi
Akti - Dryos - Aspro Horio – Kamares. Naoussa - Aliki - Ageria – Voutakos
- Petaloudes - Agios Arsenios - Pounta - Abelas - Santa Maria - Aliki
- Dryos - Lefkes - Parikia.

Aliki - Isterini - Prodromos - Marmara - Marpissa - Piso Livadi -

A fleet of taxis is centred in Paros town, next to the windmill, on the port.
The rates are standards for each destination and are given on board. There is also a radio taxi service (Tel: 21500)
Caïques are small fishing boats converted during the summer into tourist transportation to various beaches. It is a common way of transportation in the Greek Islands. The main caïques’ centres are located on the port of Parikia and Naoussa. From Parikia, the caïque takes you to the beaches: Marchello, Krios.
